I encountered a cockroach in my room, ugh. The shower had serious drainage problems. I stood in dirty water. Breakfast was really disappointing. I mean REALLY disappointing. What a way to start the day.

The staff was REALLY helpful. I appreciated that the hotel is located really near the beach and a local supermarket. The breakfast was VERY good. Uber drop-off in front of the hotel was easy.
The bathroom HAD no ventilation system at all. This reflected in constant bed smell. I GUESS the smell of the water in the shower is terrible. I guess it is not depending from the hotel.

The staff allowed us to check in early when we arrived at 11 AM. (This was a lifesaver after a long trip!)
The windows were not soundproof. Street noise and buses kept me awake at night. The windows also did not close well, so the noise was constant.
